Job Description
Perform front desk duties - attend to phone calls and emails, answer enquiries, perform registration and schedule patient appointments
Perform billing duties
Maintain accurate patient records
Assist with coordination of patient care such as investigations and medical reports
Assist the doctor during patient consultation / examination at the clinic, when required
Prepare medications as prescribed by the doctor
Check stock of medications and other supplies
Perform other administrative duties in the clinic as may be assigned
Job requirements
Possess at least āNā or āOā level qualifications, or equivalent
Good command of English is essential
Proficient in use of computer
Service oriented and friendly disposition with good communication skills
Minimum 1 year of work experience in a private clinic setting is required
