. Preferably specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

. Preferably well versed in Glodon Cubicost

.Proficient technical knowledge - measurement,cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law

.Excellent negotiation skills and ability to communicate clearly both spoken and written. Exhibit strong interpersonal skills.

• Carry out land and engineering surveys required for the construction projects, site boundaries or land titles.
• Perform survey, establish demarcations and guide for construction to proceed.
• Check and compute the pre-computation prior to any setting out for field surveyors.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, measurement, and calculations.
• Ensure correctness of build-up according to construction plans and drawing.
• Liaise with clients/authorities on technical issues.
• Detect discrepancies between construction drawings and site condition.
• Design drawings including layouts, elevations and details.
• To provide drawing modifications and advice on altering design changes to suit site condition under the guidance of Engineers

·       Administer payroll: Manage payroll processes and handle external submissions to relevant authorities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

·       Improve productivity: Initiate and implement HR programs aimed at enhancing operational efficiency across the organization.

·       Manage performance: Oversee the performance management process, aligning employee goals with company objectives for optimal results.

·       Coordinate training: Identify training needs, plan and execute effective learning programs to support employee development and growth.

·       Supervise office administration: Establish standard operating procedures for proper documentation and control of office operations.

·       Handle insurance and claims: Manage group insurance policies and oversee government-related claims and surveys.

·       Provide group-wide support: Offer HR and administrative assistance across all departments within the organization.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational background: A degree/diploma in Business, Administration, or Human Resources, coupled with a passion for people management and organizational development.
• Industry experience: Must be familiar with the Building, Construction, or Property industry, bringing valuable insights to HR practices in this sector.

The M & E Co-ordinator report to the Project Manager (PM) and assist him in the following:-

• assist PM in preparation of Master Programme, Project Quality Plan, Materials/Works Quality Plan and

applicable standard work method

• arrange and maintain site temporary facilities such as electrical and water supply

• understand drawings and specifications, identify discrepancy and seek clarifications with Consultants

• manage and supervise Domestic/Nominated Sub-contractor works

• arrange and co-ordinate with Sub-contractors for submission of samples and approval of shop drawings

• assist in the issuing of drawings/Part plans to sub-contractors

• assist PM in the issuing and filing of correspondences

• assist in the updating of construction drawings

• updating of site progress

• arrangement of mock-up sample and ensure works done by sub-contractors are in accordance to the

approved shop drawings and comply with specifications

• supervise and ensure proper housekeeping by sub-contractor

• control quality of works and high safety standard

• assist in the control and keeping of proper record of variations

• prepare monthly progress claim and certification of Sub-contractors’ claims

• arrange and ensure all defects works are properly done by sub-contractors

• compilation of As-Built Drawings and required O & M Manuals

• assess sub-contractors’ performance

• to implement & ensure that site safety, housekeeping and environmental requirements are in accordance to

our integrated management system
