Core Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Manage the entire site operation from start to completion, ensuring projects meet client specifications and quality standards.
• Staff & Contractor Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of different trades, workers, and subcontractors.
• Safety & Compliance: Conduct Safety inspections and ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
• Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenses to ensure economical use of funds.
• Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections to ensure that construction work aligns with designs and specifications.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise during a project.
• Administration & Reporting: Prepare site reports, maintain paperwork, and ensure compliance with all relevant administrative procedures.

• Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership to guide teams and excellent communication to liaise with clients, surveyors, and other professionals.
• Construction Knowledge: In- depth understanding of construction processes, materials and interpretations of architctural drawings.
• Organizational Skills: The ability to plan and organize complex activities on a busy construction site.
• Problem Solving: Critical thinking and decisiveness to handle unexpected situations.

·  Manage the recruitment and selection process

·  Manage employee records, employment agreements, and HR guidelines.

·  Administer payroll, manage employee benefits, and handle other HR-related duties.

·  Handle the application and renewal of company certifications such as BCA, ISO, GGBS, and others.

·  Supervise day-to-day office operations, including purchasing, facility upkeep, and IT coordination.

·  Facilitate effective internal communication to ensure seamless business processes across departments.

·  Diploma in Human Resources,Business Administraton or a related discipline.

·  Minimum 3 years of hands-onexperience in HR and administrative functions within the construction sector.

·  Solid understanding of human resources principles, employment laws, and regulatory standards.

·  Strong verbal and written commnication skills, with the ability to collaborate acrsss all levels of theorganization.

·  Skilled with MS office applications and HR software, including payroll systems.

·  Knowedgeable in budgeting, office infrastructure and facility oversight.

1) Arrange daily site manpower & worker duties
2) Ensure site safety & worker understand and compling the safety guideline
3) Guide and ensure worker safety & understand how to use the machinery
4) Giving daily toolbox meeting and highlighting to workers the importance ofsafety and daily work scope
5) Sign and manage daily worker timecard
6) Report to site manager the daily site and work status

• Oversee all stages of the employee lifecycle, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and employee engagement.
• Lead and support staff development programs, workshops, and skill-building efforts.
• Design and implement efficient adminstrative systems and workflows to enhance productivity and enhance business operations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Support current & future business needs throught the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Develop and monitor overal HR strategies, system, tactics and procedure across the organisation.
