Key Responsibilities

Maintenance& Repairs:

Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs for:

Kitchen Appliances and Machinery (Dishwasher/Aircon)

Exhaust and ventilation systems

Basic electrical and plumbing works

Attend to break downs and emergency maintenance issues.

Conduct preventive maintenance and regular site inspections.

Team& Vendor Management:

Supervise and guide in-house maintenance technicians and handymen.

Assign and monitor daily maintenance tasks.

Coordinate and manage external contractors and service providers.

Obtain quotations and recommend repair or replacement solutions.

Maintain maintenance trackers and service records.

Monitor maintenance costs and recurring equipment issues.

Prepare monthly maintenance updates and recommendations.

Facilities Management:

Oversee up keep of company facilities, including Loyang office and warehouse.

Support renovation, reinstatement and improvement works when required.

Requirements

Minimum 3years of maintenance or facilities experience.

Hands-on and willing to travel between outlets.

Able to use Microsoft Excel and maintain maintenance records.

Experience in refrigeration, air-conditioning or F&B equipment maintenance is preferred.

Class 2/3driving license is an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage creditors’ accounts, ensuring timely reconciliation and resolution of all creditor-related queries
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive sales reports for management review and analysis
• Liaise effectively with sales personnel and customers on matters relating to existing and incoming stock details
• Source, evaluate, appoint, and periodically review service vendors in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and operational requirements
• Administer the processing and verification of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to address day-to-day operational matters and ensure that product and service standards are consistently met
• Maintain and systematically update purchase order records and supplier documentation to ensure proper record-keeping and compliance

HR & Administrative Executive

Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR & Administrative Executive. You will support various HR functions and administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and managing related administrative tasks
• Ensuring compliance with local HR policies and procedures, and liaising with relevant authorities as needed
• Maintaining and updating employee records, including personal files, contract renewals, and salary increments
• Implementing and managing HR software systems
• Coordinating with external parties for matters related to ISO, insurance renewals, and applications
• Preparing, printing, and organizing documents for operational use
• Supporting payroll processes and ensuring timely and accurate submissions
• Collaborating with HR team members to implement solutions that support business growth
• Managing internal databases such as leave records (e.g., sick leave, maternity leave)
• Assisting with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) applications and related duties

• Drive outlet performance by achieving sales targets and optimising operational efficiency
• Lead, coach, and motivate a service-driven team to deliver a positive and consistent guest experience
• Plan and manage staff scheduling to support peak and off-peak business needs
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing regular feedback and development opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all food hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor to oversee service flow and promptly resolve operational issues
• Build and maintain good working relationships with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders
• Conduct regular staff training and briefings on service standards, product knowledge, and workplace safety
• Track sales performance and ensure accurate preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a casual dining or similar F&B environment
• Strong operational knowledge of front- and back-of-house restaurant functions
