Responsibilities:

● Achieve excellent sales results on a monthly basis, whilst ensuring a professional and high quality customer experience in all interaction

● Support cross selling activities to maximise enrollment opportunities

● Handle the full suite of enrolment activities, including walk–ins, email, calls, WhatsApp, social media interactions, and participation in marketing campaigns such as open houses

● Provide prompt, relevant and accurate information about the programmes, addressing the needs of prospective parents and their children

● Accountable for closely following up on all sales leads within the service level agreement to achieve monthly sales targets

● Coordinate and meet-up with parents pre/post trials, initial lessons and conduct centre tours as requested

● Maintain positive relationships with parents and their children at our centres

● Work closely with other Julia Gabriel Centre stakeholders to support and execute student recruitment activities and objectives to ensure enrolment growth

● Take ownership of any assigned tasks within the team.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of enrolment processes

Qualifications

● GCE 'O’ / ’A’ Levels / Diploma qualification, preferably in the education industry

● 5 days’ work week (Including both weekends)

● Bilingual proficiency to liaise with Chinese speakers

● Experience with CRM, in sales, and customer service

● Passion for sales and eagerness to learn.

● Motivated to achieve and surpass enrollment targets

● Excellent spoken, written communication and interpersonal skills

● Outgoing personality, skilled at engaging diverse customers

● Background in sales, marketing, or related fields will be advantageous

● Candidates who are based in Malaysia or Philippines are welcome to apply

*Candidates must be able to work double weekends (both Saturday & Sunday).

Product and customer system management training will be provided. Sales commission scheme is offered as part of the remuneration package.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teachers in class preparation, follow-up and teaching
• Provide general assistance in all classes at the Mandarin Centre
• Attend in course preparation as assigned
• Supervise informal activities as directed

Requirements:

• 'A' Levels / Diploma/ Degree in General Education or Early Childhood qualifications
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in similar industry
• Excellent in Chinese (spoken and written)
• Energetic, passionate and good team player
• Enjoy working with children

Work Timing: 8.30am to 4pm, Every Sunday at Greenwich Village

Job Description:

• Teach Mandarin classes in accordance with the Centre’s programme.
• To lead and supervise team members under their responsibility
• Conduct regular team meetings to enable members of the team to air their concerns and needs
• Recommend solutions to solve problems and provide feedback to the Head of Mandarin Department or Director
• Identify the long-term needs and growth of teachers, programmes, departments, students and parents
• Assist and support the Head of Mandarin Department in the implementation and development of new programmes and projects
• Support the Head of Mandarin Department in the day-to-day running of the department and programmes
• To liaise with parents where necessary

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education / Chinese Studies / Chinese Language or other related degrees from reputable universities.
• To teach Chinese Preschool / Speech & Drama / Language certification programmes
• Excellent spoken and written Mandarin Language - Necessary to teach Chinese Language programmes

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Housekeeping team, including scheduling, performance reviews, and regular meetings.
• Oversee premises upkeep and coordinate procurement of supplies for the Centre.
• Manage monthly expenses, petty cash, and financial records for reporting.
• Ensure proper use and care of equipment and materials.
• Liaise with teachers, Heads of Centres, vendors, and government departments.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support across departments, including timetabling, filing, document preparation, and office supplies.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and translations as required.
• Attend centre meetings and training sessions, implementing actions in line with policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Hospitality Management, Languages, or related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin(spoken and written) is essential for translation and communication.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, operations, or team supervision.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Work days: Wednesday to Sunday
