Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin cum Account Executive to manage accounting and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate financial processing and smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable by processing invoices and receipts accurately to maintain financial integrity
• Assist in month-end closing and prepare basic financial reports to support accounting accuracy
• Maintain organized and complete accounting records and documentation for audit readiness
• Oversee general office administration and daily operations to ensure efficient workflow
• Handle correspondence, filing, and document control to maintain organized office records
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office supplies to support team productivity
• Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned to meet dynamic business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles
• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software to enhance task efficiency
• Knowledge of wildlife-related matters is an advantage

Other Information

• Hybrid working environment. Mainly work from Home, required to go to the back office only once a week or when needed.
