Job Summary
You will support customer interactions and sales calls, coordinate vehicle assignments, manage vehicle rental processes, and perform administrative and basic cleaning tasks to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and sales calls to provide accurate information and support
- - Coordinate vehicle assignments and communicate effectively with customers regarding sales and onsite support
- - Perform vehicle rental administration, including issuing, collecting, and inspecting rental cars to ensure condition and readiness
- - Carry out administrative and financial duties to reconcile paper work for proper records to other departments.
- - Conduct basic cleaning of rental vehicles to maintain quality standards before and after rental periods
- - Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks related to vehicle management as assigned
- - Participate actively in on-the-job training to develop skills and knowledge relevant to the role
