We are a growing logistics and delivery company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage daily operations, optimize delivery processes, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient logistics coordination, cost control, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily logistics and delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient service
- Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues or delays proactively
- Liaise with drivers, vendors, and third-party logistics partners to ensure smooth operations
- Analyze operational performance and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiencyสี and reduce costs
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and logistics data
- Support route planning and resource allocation to optimize delivery performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis
