Client servicing and follow-ups – Assist advisors in scheduling client meetings, following up on documents, and ensuring smooth communication with clients.
Policy and investment administration – Prepare, submit, and track insurance applications, investment forms, and policy servicing requests.
Compliance and documentation – Ensure all client documents, KYC forms, and regulatory requirements are properly completed and filed.
Portfolio and reporting support – Help prepare client portfolio summaries, investment reports, and meeting materials for advisors.
Operational and administrative support – Maintain client databases, manage appointments, coordinate seminars/events, and support day-to-day office operations.
