Responsibilities:

Customer Management

The TAM is responsible for establishing and maintaining a delivery governance model with the customer at the operational, management and executive levels, as applicable. As the customer’s primary point of contact for the delivery of the ACS contract, TAMs maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, understanding and aligning their objectives and perceptions with the contract scope. Tasks include escalation management, orchestrating resources from across Client to provide resolution without need to escalate further, and serving as the customer trusted advisor, identifying risks where applicable, and proactively guiding the customer to successful outcomes in the use of Oracle technologies to support their business. The TAM is also expected to help the customer understand the wider Customer Services organization to enable their customers to maximize their experience and benefit of their Premier Support contract.

Service Management

Whether a project or a support service, the TAM is responsible for the delivery to the contract terms, for the effective and efficient use of ACS resources, achieving the estimated contract margin and burn rate expectations. Management also includes the distribution of documents and deliverables, accurate record keeping in order to support business management that meet quality review and audit expectations.

Business Development

TAMs communicate and manage customer satisfaction, perception of value and promote renewals and extensions of contracts where appropriate. They should identify other opportunities client to help the customer meet their IT and business objectives, and to support the ACS sales teams in pursuit of incremental business in existing and prospective customers.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will typically be expected to demonstrate the following attributes:

∙Good functional understanding on Oracle SaaS - HCM, ERP SCM Modules

∙Experience with implementation and support of Oracle SaaS HCM / SCM Applications, including at least 2 full cycle projects

The Role

The Enterprise Delivery Consultant is a key role responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of services for Intellect’s enterprise clients. • Skilled in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches (e.g. TF-CBT, EMDR, DBT for trauma survivors, and/or Somatic Experiencing) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT).
• Experience managing moderate to high complexity cases.
• Hold valid and active licenses applicable to the country of practice.
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
• Prior experience in EAP, therapy/counselling and/or as an in-house wellbeing provider is a plus.

The Role

The Enterprise Client Success Manager (CSM) exists to ensure the successful delivery, adoption, and long-term impact of our mental health benefits platform across key strategic and large enterprise accounts.

This is a high-touch, consultative role focused on translating our solution into measurable value for clients. The Enterprise CSM owns the end-to-end client journey, from implementation and program design to engagement strategy, reporting, renewals, and expansion. They act as a trusted advisor to senior HR and business stakeholders, ensuring the programme aligns with organisational priorities and drives meaningful outcomes for employees.

What You'll Do

Main Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key strategic and large enterprise accounts
• Own end-to-end delivery of the mental health benefits platform across assigned clients
• Develop and execute customised mental health programme strategies aligned to each client’s workforce needs
• Build strong, long-term relationships with senior HR and business stakeholders
• Drive client satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Engineering, Clinical, Marketing, and Delivery teams
• Analyse engagement, utilisation, and outcome data to demonstrate value and inform strategy
• Identify product enhancement opportunities based on client feedback and insights

Day-to-Day Activities

Client Relationship Management

• Conduct regular client check-ins (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Prepare and present QBRs and impact reports
• Respond to client queries, escalations, and operational requests
• Align on programme priorities, campaign calendars, and engagement initiatives
• Manage renewals conversations and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities

Programme Delivery & Project Management

• Oversee implementation timelines and onboarding processes
• Coordinate webinars, roadshows, campaigns, and engagement initiatives
• Ensure platform configurations, credits, and reporting are accurate
• Track project milestones and manage internal follow-ups
• Ensure service quality standards are maintained across clinical and operational delivery

Strategic Advisory & Consulting

• Develop tailored engagement strategies based on workforce demographics and needs
• Advise clients on mental health trends, utilisation benchmarks, and best practices
• Provide recommendations to improve adoption, communication, and ROI perception
• Align programme strategy with client organisational goals (e.g., wellbeing, retention, productivity)

Data Analysis & Insights

• Monitor utilisation rates, credit consumption, engagement metrics, and CSAT/NPS
• Analyse trends and identify risks or growth opportunities
• Develop insights and narratives to demonstrate programme impact
• Use data to inform renewal and expansion discussions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Translate client feedback into clear product and operational requirements
• Work with Product and Engineering on feature enhancements or fixes
• Partner with Marketing on engagement campaigns and communication materials
• Coordinate with Clinical and Delivery Ops for service quality and provider matters
• Support Sales in enterprise pitches, renewals, and expansion proposals

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Identify recurring pain points and process inefficiencies
• Contribute to internal playbooks, best practices, and reporting frameworks
• Proactively suggest platform improvements to enhance scalability and client value

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field required. Master's degree would be a plus but not a requirement
• Atleast 3+ years of experience in client success/account management/management consulting, preferably in a related industry such as healthcare, HR, change management, or benefits
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and account management, with experience managing large, complex projects and building long-term relationships with clients.
• Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute on a strategic vision for clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Being the end-to-end leader in charge of the program, from shaping the approach to achieving the desired outcomes through delivery.

Project Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies for data center construction and network build projects to align with organizational goals.

Partner with the design team to ensure design and construction are fully coordinated in advance of contracting.

Partner with Construction team to ensure collaboration and seem less handoff

Project Management: Oversee all phases of complex data center construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Tenant Fit Out and LV Integration: Work closely throughout design, construction, commissioning and LV fit out to fully coordinate and integrate the separate scopes of tenant fit out projects with the overall project scope.

Vendor Management: Select, negotiate, and manage external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.

Budget Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.

Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of construction and operational efficiency.

Regular project visits to ensure schedule, coordination, and quality will be required throughout the life of the project on an as needed basis.

Required Skills

Project Management Professional or equivalent certification.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges in a fast-paced construction environment.

Strategic Planning: Expertise in developing and implementing long-term strategies and establishing program-level requirements for construction projects.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of data center design, construction, and operational requirements, with a focus on cutting-edge technologies and sustainability. Deep understand of cabling solutions, including copper, fibre and bulk fibre.

Project Management: Proven expertise in managing large-scale data center construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery including advanced project scheduling and tracking.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead under pressure, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of project managers, engineers, and construction professionals.

Budget Management: Proficiency in creating, managing, and optimizing project budgets to ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Risk Management: Ability to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.

Vendor Management: Extensive experience in selecting, negotiating, and managing contracts with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full life cycle of Requirement, Design, Build, Testing, Deployment and Support
• Develop and document AS-IS / TO-BE business processes, configuration scripts, and other associated functional specifications from end user requirements, as well as system documentation for new implementations
• Assist with the configuration and development of application objects, workflow, reporting, integration, and conversion programs, etc
• Outline functional testing scenarios, prepare test scripts and conduct unit and system integration tests
• Conduct user training and manage user testing
• Analyze and solve complex customer issues related to data and processes
• Track and follow up on operational issues, and perform change impact analysis for quarterly changes on BAU landscape with reference to the project landscape
• Liaise with Biz users and vendor and ensure the deliverables with quality.
• Manage Oracle ERP R12 related support activities & Help with Oracle Fusion implementation.​

​Minimum Qualifications:

∙Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

∙At least 5-7 years of experience, with at least 3 end to end Oracle EBS & Oracle Fusion cloud project implementation in Supply Chain & Distribution, with sound business process knowledge (e.g. Order-To-Cash, Procure-to-Pay) in a global environment. Order-To-Cash implementation

Must have:

∙Hands on experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain & Distribution modules like Oracle Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier portal, Purchase Contracts, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Pricing, Order Management. Preference given to those with experience in Global Trade management, RFsmart(Android experience preferable)

∙Hands on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Data Structure and Data Flow. Design, Development, Integration, BI Publisher, EDI, OTBI reports & Dashboards, PL/SQL, OAF ADF,Personalization, Oracle Application frameworks, XML publisher reports and interfaces using PLSQL Stored Procedures.

∙Experience Data conversion patterns into Oracle Cloud ERP (FBDI/FBDL, ADFDi)

∙Good understanding of Oracle PaaS & SaaS architecture

∙Prior experience in Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud migration will be a definite plus

∙Experienced in an end-user environment is a requirement and those with experience in high-tech manufacturing will be a plus
