Job Summary

We are seeking a fast cook and beverages supervisor to maintain kitchen and beverage areas, prepare meals, operate cooking equipment, and lead kitchen staff to deliver quality food and service in a restaurant/coffee shop setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of utensils, food and beverage preparation areas, and cooking surfaces
• Prepare and serve beverages according to established standards
• Perform daily cooking tasks following safety and health regulations
• Order supplies and manage delivery intake to ensure kitchen inventory is stocked
• Clean and prepare meal ingredients to meet quality standards
• Operate cooking equipment such as griddles, deep fat fryers, and grills efficiently
• Operate mixers and manage ingredients to ensure product quality and consistency
• Execute daily fryer filtering operations to maintain equipment performance
• Coordinate and lead kitchen staff teamwork to deliver excellent food and customer service

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of similar work experience

We are looking for middle level health care and therapy shop manager assistance with therapy, healthcare experiences, and basic TCM knowledge like, acupuncture points, meridians, tendons, etc.；

· You will assist the shop managers tooversee shop's daily operations, enquiry and sales,

· Has own customers base will be better, as it is a newly setup shop;

· When necessary, need to serve the customer during normal working hours;

· Resolving guest complaints and reporting any accidents during shop's daily operations;

· Ensure work areas, instruments/equipment are fully cleaned and sanitized regularly;

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin and even dialect will be prefer as need to deal with a lot of elderly local customers.

We are looking for a fast cook to work in our restaurant/coffee shop, he/she shall:

1. Maintain utensils, food preparation areas, and cooking surfaces. Besides cooking and serving beverages;

2. Perform daily Cook duties as per the safety standards and health standards. Their other duties include

3. Be responsibel for ordering and taking supply deliveries, cleaning, preparing meals ingredients, and running cooking equipment such as griddles, deep fat fryers, or grills.

4. Operate mixers and manage ingredients to meet product quality and uniformity standards.

5. Execute daily operations of filtering of the fryers.

6. Leverage teamwork to fully utilize kitchen staff to generate remarkable food and service to ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Need to have Thai Food work experience for 3 years.
