Job Summary

Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns and digital outreach to generate leads and support sales. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective promotional activities and events that enhance customer engagement and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns and promotional activities to generate qualified sales leads
• Conceptualize and produce digital and physical marketing collaterals showcasing company products and services
• Disseminate sales leads to the sales team and track lead conversion rates to optimize marketing impact
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and sales teams to align marketing strategies and activities with business goals
• Liaise with cross-functional departments and external partners to ensure timely and smooth execution of campaigns and projects
• Develop and implement digital outreach strategies using webinars, email, social media, paid search, SEO, SEM, GDN, and banner ads to maximize audience engagement
• Identify opportunities for participation in external events and trade shows; support planning and execution of internal and external customer engagement activities
• Conduct post-event analysis to track demand statistics and improve recruitment effectiveness and productivity
• Perform market intelligence research to maintain competitive product and service offerings

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing communications experience preferred; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in written and spoken English with strong interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently with creativity in message crafting and design
• Knowledgeable in website and marketing design best practices
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, WordPress, and SEO techniques preferred
• Experience with traditional and digital marketing platforms including SEM, GDN, and Facebook preferred
• Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and HTML are advantageous

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience with a proven track record in selling building security solutions including CCTV, door access, turnstiles, vehicle barriers, intercoms, intruder alarm systems, perimeter protection, and time attendance systems
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and delegate tasks effectively within a sales team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage clients, team members, and stakeholders clearly and persuasively
• Strong data analysis skills to identify sales patterns, trends, and areas for improvement
• Proven negotiation skills to close deals effectively and achieve sales targets
• Deep understanding of the sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, and closing techniques
