The Regional Manager – Clinical Quality & Governance provides expert leadership to elevate quality assurance and clinical governance across Icon’s ASEAN portfolio. This role strengthens decision-making, quality control systems, data analytics, and clinical delivery frameworks to ensure safe, person-centred oncology care.
Responsibilities include:
- Participates in the clinical governance of Icon’s international and local portfolio, through bringing technical knowledge into healthcare systems and risk mitigation design, plans, documents, quality committees, meetings, discussions, communications, and other forms of workforce engagement.
- Monitors, evaluates, and guides alignments to legislative requirements, accreditation standards, organisational standards, and professional standards related to the specialty topic.
- Develops and maintains nursing training programs and competency assessments for the region.
- Collaborates in the development of quality and audit frameworks and actions to be implemented.
- Provides specialist advice to reduce risks to patients, visitors, and staff in the context any form of emergency.
Requirements:
- Qualifications that incorporate the specialty field or extensive speciality field experience (Degree in Nursing).
- Clinical nursing and healthcare management experience.
