Job Summary
Our Company seeks a Retail Executive to drive footwear sales, manage customer relationships, coordinate manpower and stock, and uphold brand standards across island-wide retail outlets.
Responsibilities
- Execute retail sales of footwear and related products to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships by gathering and acting on customer feedback for continuous improvement
- Coordinate, plan, and schedule retail outlet manpower and inventory to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold the Company’s brand image in all retail outlets
- Prepare and analyze daily sales reports and conduct stock checks to monitor performance and inventory levels
- Resolve customer complaints effectively while delivering excellent customer service
- Adapt to work schedules including weekends, public holidays, irregular hours, and sales events as required
- Able to work travel to different outlets within the same day or alternate days. Not permanently stationed.
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in footwear retail outlets within shopping mall environments
- Excellent communication skills demonstrated through effective customer interactions and sales achievements
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in relevant studies
