About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage existing customer accounts while actively developing new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Business Development
- Prospect and acquire new customers.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Develop new business opportunities in industrial and commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Sales Administration
- Maintain customer records and sales activities.
- Submit weekly sales reports.
- Update CRM and customer database.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits.
- Experience in industrial, safety, PPE, laboratory, engineering, or related industries is an advantage.
