Job Summary

Manage a portfolio of Singapore-incorporated companies, ensuring compliance with legislation and providing procedural corporate secretarial advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate companies and register amendments to company constitutions to ensure legal compliance
• Execute share allotments and transfers to maintain accurate ownership records
• Perform full corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, striking off companies, and preparing directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions to support governance
• Conduct Customer Due Diligence and KYC checks to comply with regulatory requirements
• Maintain registers of controllers, nominee shareholders, and directors to ensure statutory accuracy
• Manage statutory records, registers, and documents as required by the Companies Act to uphold legal standards
• Ensure timely submission of statutory filings to ACRA to avoid penalties and maintain compliance
• Prepare XBRL financial statements to meet reporting obligations
• Manage billing processes to ensure accurate client invoicing and revenue tracking

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in corporate secretarial studies, accounting, or administration
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial or related roles
• Deep understanding of the Singapore Companies Act and related regulations
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in corporate secretarial software
• Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and Qualified Company Secretary.
