Job Summary
Responsible for driving sales, providing technical scaffolding solutions, preparing tenders, and managing client relationships for construction projects. The role requires both technical understanding of scaffolding systems and strong business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with main contractors, developers, and subcontractors
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Attend site meetings, tender briefings, and client presentations
- Build long-term partnerships with clients
- Handle feedback, complaints, and service recovery
- Review drawings and project specification
- Recommend appropriate scaffolding & formwork system solutions
- Prepare detailed quotations and cost estimates
- Provide technical advice to clients and provide solutions to resolve technical/site issues when required
- Ensure all scaffolding& formwork proposals comply with Singapore regulations (MOM Work atHeights, relevant SS standards)
- Work with safety team and supervisors to meet site requirements
- Liaise with operations team on scheduling, delivery, and dismantling
- Monitor project progress and resolve site issues
- Manage variation orders (VOs) and additional works
- Ensure timely billing and collection
Requirements
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Building, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in scaffolding/structural design or construction (preferred)
- Knowledge of scaffolding systems
- Ability to read construction/structural drawings
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Salary Package
Basic Salary + Commission + Transport Allowance
