Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Key Account Specialist to manage and provide administrative support within the shipping and logistics department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics administration, understanding of shipping processes, and the ability to handle documentation, inventory, and shipping coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare delivery order, labels & examine packing list.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities.
2. Inbound & Outbound Logistics
• Coordinate and manage daily delivery flow, ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies for delivery scheduling.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipment documents and ensure accuracy.
3. Inventory Management
• Checking sufficient inventory for delivery of the day.
4. Order Fulfilment
• Process and fulfil internal and external customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to meet delivery expectations.
5. Compliance & Safety
• Assist in audits and ensure all logistics processes align with regulatory requirements.
6. Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes for cost savings and efficiency.
• Assist in implementing new systems or procedures to enhance logistics operations.
7. Other Duties
• Support general administrative tasks related to the logistics department.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or in related field.
Proven experience as an Logistics Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) is a plus.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Work as a Team.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
