We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer with strong technical expertise in chiller systems and ACMV to drive business growth while managing project execution and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales and business development for chiller systems and ACMV solutions
• Manage end-to-end project/site operations, ensuring smooth execution
• Handle client meetings, presentations, and technical proposals
• Monitor and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Oversee operational cost control and profitability of projects
• Ensure team delivers high-quality workmanship and compliance standards
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, service)
• Prepare and present monthly performance and financial reports
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in chiller systems / ACMV industry
• Strong understanding of HVAC design, installation, and maintenance
• Proven track record in sales and client management
• Experience in site/project management
• Ability to manage cost, timeline, and quality simultaneously
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Familiar with Singapore standards (e.g., SS553, BCA requirements) is an advantage
