Job Description
The Videographer plays a pivotal role in the agency’s growth as well as our clients’ by creating strategic storytelling and high-impact video contents that drive the success of our clients' campaigns across various industries and platforms. You will own the end-to-end video process — from concept and pre-production to filming and editing — with a strong focus on short-form social media content.
Responsibilities
Create original video content: plan, storyboard, and execute video concepts for brand, campaign and social media assets.
Film on-location and in-studio, independently handling camera, basic lighting, and audio. Capture both A-roll and B-roll, including multi-camera setups.
Edit engaging videos optimised for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other platforms. Add captions, music, motion graphics, transitions and other creative elements to enhance clarity, appeal and stop the scroll.
Collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients to understand video requirements, refine scripts and maintain desired visual style.
Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality.
Organise and manage video files and footage for easy reuse and repurposing.
Stay up to date on content, visual, and audio trends, adapting them thoughtfully for different brands and audiences.
Qualifications & Work Experience
This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a passion in videography or individuals with up to 3 years of experience seeking a dynamic and creative environment.
You should have a Diploma or Degree in Film & Video Production, Digital Film & Television, or a related field.
You must have a portfolio to demonstrate your experience in creating short-form social media content for brands or for your own channels.
Skills
- High proficiency in operating cameras, lighting, and sound equipment
- High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, After Effects and CapCut
- Strong visual storytelling instincts and an eye for composition, pacing, and emotional impact.
- Ability to communicate video concepts effectively to stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- High adaptability and willingness to learn and grow
- Knowledge of motion graphics, or in-app audio mixing skills
