We are now looking to drive rapid expansion across Asia, and looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our talented and passionate team based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Revenue Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall revenue strategy across Asia, including Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hongkong, and Japan
- Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and expansion initiatives
- Align regional sales and business development activities with company growth objectives
2. Enterprise Business Development
- Lead engagement with multinational and regional enterprise clients for large-scale audiovisual and technology integration projects
- Drive high-value deal structuring, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization
- Expand strategic accounts and establish long-term client relationships across multiple markets
3. Cross-Border Operations & Execution
- Oversee coordination between Singapore headquarters and country teams to ensure effective project execution and revenue realization
- Manage cross-border project pipelines, ensuring alignment between sales, technical, and delivery teams
- Ensure revenue from regional projects is consolidated and managed through Singapore operations
4. Team Leadership & Capability Development
- Lead and mentor regional sales and business development teams across multiple countries
- Establish performance targets, KPIs, and revenue accountability frameworks
- Support hiring and development of local employees in Singapore and across the region
5. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
- Build and manage relationships with global technology partners, system integrators, and enterprise clients
- Identify collaboration opportunities to enhance solution offerings and market competitiveness
6. Financial Performance & Reporting
- Own regional revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Provide regular reporting to senior management and Board Member on revenue performance, growth strategy, and market conditions
- Ensure profitability and financial discipline across all regional engagements
7. Scope of Authority
- Regional revenue ownership across APAC markets
- Authority to lead strategic deals and partnerships
- Oversight of multi-country sales operations and revenue execution

Reports directly to Group CEO / Board
Requirements & Compensation:
1. Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree; candidates without a formal degree must have significant executive-level experience in the AV industry (audio‑visual, LED displays, conferencing systems, digital signage, control systems, etc.).
- 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales
- Experience handling regional markets (e.g. ASEAN, APAC, Middle East, etc.)
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and revenue growth
- Experience managing key accounts, distributors, and channel partners
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
