Job Responsibilities:
· Handle the day-to-day task activities of customer service.
· Prepare and follow up on enquiry / quotation / phone calls / email promptly
· Maintain accurate data for sales & service tracking and reporting purpose.
· Provide excellent customer service, before and after sales.
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
· GCE N/O/A Level/NITEC and above
· No relevant experiences needed (training will be provided)
· Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbally.
· Proficient in MS-Office applications.
