Key Responsibilities

Ensure performers are well-prepared and properly dressed before going on stage

Coordinate performance schedules and stage flow

Submit song lists to the music teacher in advance

Check stage equipment (mic, lights, sound system) and report faults promptly

Prepare daily work reports

Maintain discipline and professionalism on stage

Assist in training performers in stage performance and singing

Handle on-site issues and ensure smooth show operations

Communicate effectively with performers, DJs, music team, and management

Deliver professional live vocal performances at licensed entertainment venues, including KTV lounges

Deliver engaging stage performances to enhance customer entertainment experience

Curate and manage a dynamic song repertoire aligned with venue atmosphere and audience demographics

Attend rehearsals and ensure consistent performance quality

Work closely with venue management and technical staff to ensure smooth stage execution

Maintain professional image, discipline and stage standards at all times

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of cumulative live vocal performance experience

Proven stage presence and audience engagement capability

Professional, punctual and reliable

Able to work night shifts and flexible schedules
