Job scope:

• Provide technical and after-sales service for Endoscopy equipment in local hospitals.
• Oversee installation of equipment according to specifications.
• Provide basic user training for equipment installed and coordinate with customers and site preparation of Endoscopy equipment.
• Analyze malfunctions.
• Consult engineering supervisor to resolve problems.
• Propose and advise customers in sign-ups of service contract.
• Perform servicing, repairing, and Preventive Maintenance for Endoscopy equipment under Maintenance contract
• Prepare site for installation of new Endoscopy Medical equipment, coordinating with customers.
• Support Sales and Marketing team in promotion of accessories and stand-in cases for endoscopy procedures to better understand the use and customer’s feedback.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Biomedical, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

• 0-2 years of related field service experience. Fresh graduate is acceptable.

• Technical Skills:
  - Device Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and repair multi-symptom hardware and software issues on complex electro-medical devices.
  - Calibration & Preventive Maintenance (PM): Expertise in following strict biomedical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee device safety, compliance, and accuracy.
  - Network/ IT Integration: Understanding of hospital networking systems to ensure medical devices communicate seamlessly with electronic health records.

• Soft Skills:
  - Customer-Facing Communication: Must act as the face of service excellence, routinely interacting with doctors, nurses, and hospital biomedical teams.
  - High-Pressure Adaptability: Capacity to prioritise service effectively to minimize equipment downtime and ensure optimal patient care.
  - Physical& Availability Requirements: Must be physically capable of lifting equipment, willing to be on-call for after office hour or weekend duty
  
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities when collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Job Scope:

• Provide technical, including after sales support to customers including commissioning, installing, and testing of medical imaging equipment, including but not limited to CT, X-Ray, MRI.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues during equipment start-up and operation.
• Researching, evaluating, and recommending upgrades and service contracts that will meet customer needs.
• Developing on-going relationships with customers to secure future business.
• Resolve/troubleshoot implementation problems and/or train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased.
• Handlecustomer enquiries during office and after office hours at customer site.
• Attend to daily service requests, breakdowns, and service support to marketing.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance for medical imaging equipment as part of scope of works under Maintenance contract.
• Support Sales in organizing, preparing and standby for workshops, events and surgery procedures, seminars, exhibition.
• Liaisewith Fujifilm Japan Service Department on advanced troubleshooting andtechnical escalations.
• Study Engineering Change Notice as issued by HQ Service Division or from relevant Authority.
• Implement Technical Service Recalls as issued by HQ Service Division or from relevant Authority.
  

Skills and Knowledge

Required:

• ITE / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in engineering field.
• Willingness to perform after-hours and on-call support

Preferred/Advantageous:

• Hands-on work on Medical Imaging Equipment such as CT, X-Ray, MRI.

The Order Fulfilment Officer (Recording Media – Export) is responsible for executing end-to-end order fulfilment activities for the Recording Media Export business, from order receipt through to shipment and delivery. The role ensures customer orders are accurately processed, export documentation is properly prepared, and shipments are coordinated in a timely and compliant manner. The incumbent works closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Warehouse) and external partners (vendors, freight forwarders, customers) to support smooth order execution, while maintaining accurate records in ERP and order management systems.
Key Tasks:

1.Order Management Operations

• Process and maintain sales orders and purchase orders accurately in ERP systems.
• Monitor order status and ensure fulfilment milestones are met according to agreed timelines.
• Update and maintain sales orders, purchase orders, credit notes, debit notes, and related documentation in ERP and order management platforms (e.g. SAP, Esker) in accordance with process requirements.
• Generation of Delivery Orders, Stock Transfer Orders (STO), Invoices and other necessary processes to facilitate fulfillment milestones.
• Handle Returns and related documentation where required.

2.Export Logistics & Shipment Coordination

• Coordinate export shipments with warehouses, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
• Track shipment progress and manage delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.

3.Export Documentation Administration

• Prepare and verify export documentation including commercial invoices and packing lists.
• Ensure documentation accuracy to support customs clearance and audit requirements.

4.Customer & Internal Coordination

• Provide order and shipment status updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Resolve routine fulfilment issues and escalate exceptions where required.

5.Operational Records & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records to support billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes.
• Support basic operational reporting and data accuracy checks.
• Support supply and demand planning activities by providing order, sales, and inventory data as required.
• Monitor and update accounts receivable records and ageing information to support Finance follow-up.

Requirement:

1. Minimum 5 years’ supply chain experience
2. Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related discipline.
3. Experience in order processing, order fulfilment, export operations, or supply chain coordination.
4. Working knowledge of SAP ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, especially excel.
5. Familiarity with SAP Ariba is beneficial.
6. Working knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and credit/debit note processing is an advantage
7. Meticulous, organised, and able to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
