Part A - Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Perform internal audits and to ensure organization is in compliance to internal processes and airworthiness regulatory requirements.
• Improve / enhance internal processes through scheduled / unscheduled /surveillance audits.
• Maintain and keep up-to-date Quality manuals and training records.
• Assist and perform external supplier audits.
• Assist in external airworthiness authority and customer audits.
• Follow-up with process owners to ensure prompt and appropriate corrective actions are duly completed.
• Monitoring open audit findings, including monitoring the execution and the intended effectiveness of the actions and the monitoring of corrective action plans.
• Liaise with customers / vendors / suppliers on non-conformance activities, perform root cause analysis and determine effective corrective actions to reduce or eliminate the cost of poor quality.
• Conduct internal briefing / training for certifying staff and technicians as necessary.
• Assist in maintaining the approved suppliers list.
• Processing and monitoring of company authorization renewal and applications.
• The maintenance of quality documents and systems such as QA Manuals and database management of the quality management system.
• Drive and promote Quality and Safety Culture and participate in QEHS and other shop initiatives as necessary.
• Liaise with customers / vendors / suppliers on non-conformance activities, perform root cause analysis and determine effective corrective actions to reduce or eliminate the cost of poor quality.
• To carry-out other QA functions as required.

Part B. Required Experience, Competencies & Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering from an accredited polytechnic (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2-3years’ experience in aerospace quality (management) systems or a quality assurance role.
• Knowledge of aviation regulation such as Part 145 EASA, FAA, CASA, SMS and AS9100.
• Knowledge of and experience with aircraft / component (parts) maintenance.
• Internal auditor trained with auditing experience is preferred. 
• Proficiency with PC tools and software.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Being able to work independently and good analytical skills.
• Able to communicate at all levels of the organization.

As a Hangar Assistant, you will support AircraftTechnicians in aircraft maintenance tasks and ensure the hangar remains clean,organized, and operational. You will work under the direction of the Manager orCrew Chief to assist with various maintenance-related activities.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties both inside and outside the aircraft during maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized hangar environment.
• Assist in moving and positioning aircraft ground support equipment (GSE).
• Conduct minor paint touch-ups, including screws and fasteners, using brushes.
• Follow all safety regulations and maintenance protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Support the maintenance team with general tasks as required

Required Experience, Competencies & Qualifications

• Minimum ITE holder, GCE ‘O’ Level, or a qualification in Aerospace Engineering.
• Scissor and Boom Lift certification is preferable.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of Base Maintenance activities would be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Carry out Avionic Modifications including new wiring installations

Qualification / Expertise / Skills

• At least 2 years of experiences practical and documented aircraft maintenance experience
• Those with experience on any of the following types; Fokker 100, ATR, E190 or B737,A320 would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in Base Maintenance activities would be an added advantage

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and examine aircraft components for leaks, cracks, breaks or other issues.
• Read and utilize maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogues, service bulletins and other maintenance documents to troubleshoot and complete work assignments.
• Maintain, repair, and rebuild aircraft structures, functional components, and parts such as wings and fuselage, rigging, hydraulic units, oxygen systems, fuel systems, gaskets, and seals.
• Perform routine maintenance operations, such as the replacement of equipment’s and aircraft components.
• Interpret specifications, or diagrams to inform installation, development or operation activities.
• Perform regular inspections to check for cracks, oil leaks, burned areas, foreign object damage, warping, distortions, missing segments and wear.
• Complete all tasks in the allotted time frame and to the quality standards of our company.
• Promote safety within the workplace by monitoring others and yourself to guarantee all tasks are performed within the safety manual guidelines, and communicate with other mechanics and supervisors to coordinate repairs and keep apprised of safety concerns
• Order supplies, equipment, materials and parts for repairs and general maintenance

Job Description & Requirements

The Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE) is responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, modifications, and repairs on aircraft in compliance with regulatory requirements, company procedures, and safety standards. The LAE ensures aircraft airworthiness and supports safe and efficient flight operations.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities 

• Perform routine and non-routine maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on aircraft systems and components. 

• Certify aircraft for flight following completion of maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and company procedures. 

• Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation in accordance with regulatory authorities (e.g., CAAS, EASA). 

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize aircraft downtime. 

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and maintenance manuals. 

• Assist in the planning and execution of maintenance schedules, modifications, and engineering projects. 

• Mentor and guide junior technicians and apprentices in technical procedures and safety practices. 

• Stay updated with regulatory changes, technical bulletins, and manufacturer service instructions. 

Required Experience, Competencies &Qualifications 

• Valid Aircraft Maintenance License (AML/LAE) issued by the relevant aviation authority (e.g., CAAS, EASA, FAA). 

• Proven experience in aircraft maintenance and certification, preferably in the relevant aircraft type. 

• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, avionics, structures, engines, and regulatory requirements. 

• Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic, and technical skills. 

• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and compliance orientation. 

• Ability to work under pressure, independently, and as part of a team. 

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal. 

• Will be required to hold at least one type rating on an Airline Transport Category Aircraft;  (Note: Specific Type Training (Bonded) will be offered to suitable candidates) 

• At least two years of experience as an LAE.
