The Drafter is responsible for preparing, updating, and maintaining drawing documentation for ELV and security system projects, including CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Smart Home, Public Address, and related systems. This role focuses primarily on drawing production and documentation support for the Sales and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

·      Prepare and update technical drawings based on Sales and Project engineer instructions and approved designs

·      Produce and maintain layout plans, shop drawings, schematic drawings, single-line diagrams, riser diagrams, and wiring diagrams

·      Ensure drawing documentation is properly organized and maintained

·      Update drawings according to revisions and consultant comments

·      Maintain drawing revision records and version control

·      Organize and maintain project drawing files and documentation

·      Ensure latest drawing revisions are properly saved and issued internally

·      Assist in preparation of submission drawings, as-built drawings, and O&M drawing documentation

·      Ensure drawing formats and documentation comply with company standards

Requirements

·      Proficient in AutoCAD

·      Knowledge of BIM/Revit will bean advantage

About the Role
We are looking for an Sales Engineer to support post-project estate management and drive the adoption of service contracts, digital subscriptions, and estate enhancement solutions. You will be the key liaison for MCST councils and Managing Agents, ensuring a smooth handover after project completion and strengthening long-term customer relationships.

1.Estate Handover Management
-Coordinate estate handover from Project to Service team at the end of the DLP.

1. Roles & Responsibilities
A. Strategic & Departmental Management
·     Develop medium- to long-term strategies for the Service Department to enhance efficiency, profitability, and competitiveness.
·      Review and optimise service workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures.
·      Analyse industry trends and recommend improvements to maintain competitive service offerings.
·      Oversee service budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation.
·      Identify opportunities for new service packages, value-added services, or digital enhancements.

B. Operations & Performance Management
·      Establish KPIs for service performance and monitor departmental achievement against targets.
