Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and safe transportation for management, employees, and visitors.
• Operate company vehicles, including Toyota Alphard and Toyota Hiace.
• Plan routes effectively to ensure punctual arrivals.
• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of assigned vehicles.
• Perform basic daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and company policies.
• Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience in Singapore.
• Experience driving MPVs, vans, or executive vehicles is preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and traffic regulations.
• Good driving record and strong safety awareness.
• Responsible, punctual, and service-oriented.
• Able to work overtime when required.

Job Summary

Job Scope and Key Activities
Technical Support & Operations

• Act as a single point of contact for user incidents, service requests, and communications.
• Provide support for network, system, and application-related issues.
• Serve as the escalation point for technical incidents, resolving them remotely or onsite.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all support activities and resolutions.
  
  Infrastructure Implementation & Maintenance
• Participate in the planning, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including network, cloud, and system environments.
• Lead or support implementation of network and security operations services.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of IT systems and infrastructure projects.
• Monitor performance and ensure compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  
  Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Act as the primary technical liaison for clients, maintaining clear communication and trust.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
• Provide technical input during pre-sales engagements and project scoping discussions.
• Build strong working relationships and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage engineering team to meet the demands of design engineering and continued product quality, performance delivery and technology

• Direct, plan and co-ordinate complex project engineering assignments entailing technical specifications and preparation of detailed plans

• Lead a team of engineers and engineering assistants to undertake detailed engineering and interfacing work

• Ensure products are of acceptable quality and in accordance to company specifications; investigation of hydraulic product quality issues

• Handle final approval of engineering drawings and documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency

• Ensure engineering standards are up-to-date in compliance with ISO9001 in process and documentation control

• Identify design shortcomings and recommend improvements

• Responsible for engineering department budget, resources, hardware, software, scheduling, priority setting and communication

• Liaise with production, project, procurement and application / estimating

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical / Electronic or related fields

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in engineering management working directly with project engineering teams dealing with hydraulic parts for offshore equipment and services

• Those with manufacturing experience with hydraulic products in the offshore industry would be preferred

• Strong technical knowledge for all the engineering disciplines

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Excellent planning, organizational skills and sense of urgency

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong leadership skills in managing team of engineers and assistants in performing daily engineering tasks

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute social media content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Design and edit visuals using Canva, CapCut, and basic Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
• Create marketing assets including ad creatives, banners, in-store posters, and eDMs
• Source and reach out to KOLs and brands for collaborations across various campaigns
• Manage livestream sessions with KOLs
• Assist with basic Shopify website updates and maintenance
• Leverage AI tools to support content creation, design, and marketing tasks
• Support day-to-day marketing and design tasks as needed

Job Description

• Assist the project Manager in managing and monitoring the project progress to meet contractual requirements and timely delivery of committed work-scope within agreed schedule
• Coordinate effort from internal stakeholders and ensure effective delivery of contractual commitments
• Attend to daily tasks relating to project work of :-
• Conduct meetings with clients, external consultants, internal stakeholders from various disciplines, record meeting minutes.
• Prompt submission of documents (Engineering Design, Project Execution Plan, Schedule Progress Reports, Work Procedures, Derived Results, etc.…) to clients and coordinate with internal stakeholders to address findings from these submittals.
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Test as “Test Director”, working with internal subject Matter Expert (Test Commander) to explain the test process, demonstrate test performance with record of results.
• Lead and organize shipment / logistic work and ensure product is delivered according to contractual obligation.
• Identify and alert higher management of potential risk exposure

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Proficiency in English
• Minimum five (5) years of working experience from marine and offshore / heavy equipment industry
• Computer proficiency in MS- Office Suites - Project / Excel / MS Word, Power Point / Adobe Acrobat & AutoCad an added advantage.
• Experience in supervisory and management or projects, people, work processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design a wide range of customized mechanical equipment mainly for offshore installations
• Direct accountability in managing individual efficiency and on schedule completion of work
• Work within a team setting and manage all functions in order to accomplish the tasks within the planned timing schedule

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years' experience in design of heavy mechanical structures and drive systems

Responsibility and Authority:

• Perform design of electrical circuits and systems.
• Perform PLC & HMI software development.
• Produce Electrical Production Drawings and sizing and selection of components, including creating ETO (Electrical items Take Off list).
• Input electrical component list/s into Company’s ERP software i.e. BOM and monitor for delivery and to subsequently issue the MR (Material Requisition) to draw the items from Store.
• Provide technical advice and support to other departments as and when required such as job quotation, cost analysis, component/ material recommendation, job tender, material testing and submission, etc.
• Assist in the manufacturing and commissioning stage to provide solution for any technical or functional problems.
• Attend to site (local & overseas) testing and commissioning whenever the need arises.

Competency Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Electrical Engineering
