The Retail Supervisor will be responsible for driving operational excellence and sales growth within a luxury travel retail environment. This role requires strong leadership to manage and inspire the retail team, ensuring consistent brand image, service standards, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets; set and monitor objectives for Beauty Advisors; analyze business metrics and implement improvement strategies.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels, oversee stock control and planograms, support new store openings, and resolve operational challenges.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team; participate in recruitment and retention; foster talent development through training, appraisals, and daily coaching.
• Uphold visual merchandising and store presentation standards; monitor team selling skills and product knowledge; support marketing campaigns and provide feedback.
• Deliver exceptional service by leading from the front, ensuring adherence to SOPs and security procedures, and providing direct counter coaching.

Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our finance team and provide direct support to the CFO. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with international and local standards, and strengthening financial processes. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly accounts, reconciliations, and financial statements with precision
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and SFRS, maintaining robust internal controls
• Manage statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions with external partners
• Oversee cashflow, treasury, and working capital to safeguard financial health
• Lead project accounting activities, tracking costs, revenues, and profitability by project
• Drive ERP improvements, streamline finance processes, and mentor junior staff

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting with CA/CPA/ACCA certification
• At least 8 -10 years of accounting experience, preferably with Big 4 or mid-tier exposure
• Proven expertise in project accounting and experience in trading company environments
• Hands-on with inventory systems, ERP platforms
• Detail Minded with strong communication skills
