Job Summary
Support project and contract management by preparing budgets, evaluating contracts, monitoring expenses, and coordinating submissions to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Prepare tender documentation and assist in tender submissions to secure project contracts
- Request and evaluate quotations from contractors to recommend contract awards
- Develop project budgets and obtain necessary approvals for financial planning
- Verify and prepare progress claims through site visits to ensure accurate contractor payments
- Evaluate contractor progress claims and variation orders (VO) for compliance and accuracy
- Monitor project budgets against actual expenses to control costs and prevent overruns
- Prepare and submit variation orders (VO) for project scope changes
- Attend progress meetings to track project status and resolve issues
- Assist in preparing, submitting, and closing project final accounts for financial closure
- Develop and maintain master and tracking schedules to ensure project timelines are met
- Prepare Method of Statement (MOS) documents for submission to relevant authorities
- Coordinate with Safety teams to prepare Risk Assessments (RA) and Permit to Work (PTW) submissions
- Manage all project-related submissions to ensure compliance and documentation accuracy
- Oversee the company’s weekly operation schedule to support smooth project execution
- Manage and maintain company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and work processes for operational consistency
- Collaborate with the operations team to support project delivery and operational needs
- Assist the contract director with related contract and project management tasks as required
