Job Summary
Convert warm leads into sales by building strong partnerships with flooring contractors and interior designers, delivering professional material solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Convert incoming corporate, trade, and commercial inquiries into confirmed sales orders to drive revenue growth
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with flooring contractors, interior design firms, and main contractors to expand market presence
- Provide professional material solutions tailored to client needs to secure deal closures and enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, maintaining high client satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales KPIs set by management to meet business targets
- Utilize company-provided business phone and SIM card to manage communications efficiently
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in building materials, flooring, or interior hardware/fit-outs
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, negotiate deals, and close sales face-to-face
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and sustain lasting client relationships

- Base Salary: $2,500 - $3,500 + Commissions
- Working Hours: Standard Monday to Friday schedule
