Responsibilities:

• Site planning, inspections and coordination with consultants, subcontractors & clients on M&E requirements and specifications

• Plan, monitor and ensure work-in-progress at site are on schedule

• Coordinate for submission and approval, all drawings, samples, coordination drawings and supervision

• Identify discrepancies, assess, and recommend M&E Subcontractors’ claims

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 2 to 3 years construction trade experience

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Account Manager to join our Audio-Visual (AV) business. In this role, you will manage key client accounts and lead end-to-end AV project sales, from initial engagement and solution development through to contract negotiation and closure.

You will work closely with Pre-Sales, Project, and Technical teams to deliver well-structured, customised AV solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives. This role suits a results-oriented professional who is comfortable taking ownership of complex sales opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and balancing strategic account management with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage key client accounts and drive AV project sales from lead generation to closure

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by recommending customised solutions

• Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Project teams to ensure proposals are technically and commercially sound

• Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with internal approval processes

• Provide market insights and customer feedback to support strategic planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in AV, IT, or solutions-based sales

• Strong knowledge of AV systems and project lifecycle

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Proven track record in managing complex accounts and closing high-value deals
