Job Description:

• To carry out operational accounting and admin duties such as generation of Invoices, Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders etc from Accounting Software
• To process incoming customers’ orders and completed job orders for final billings
• To maintain and update Accounting files
• To maintain and follow-thru on outstanding Accounts Receivables + Accounts Payable as part internal credit control process
• To handle in-coming and out-going stock, in accordance with the Accounting system entry
• To process staff claims
• To handle basic monthly accounts closing
• Other ad-hoc tasks from Directors

Job Criteria:

• Candidates must have at least 2- 3 Years working experience in an Accounting and Admin role, preferably from an IT environment
• Candidates preferably with Cert/Diploma in Accounting
• Candidates must have working knowledge of Quick Books and/or SQL Accounting
• Proficiency in computer literacy office and email
• Candidates must have good self-discipline and high level of responsibility to work independently
• Candidates must have good basic communication skill set to engage the Company’s customers and external partners.
• Able to start work soon

Job Responsibilities:

• To carry out installation of new wired and wireless network infrastructures
• To be actively involved in Level 1 Cloud Monitoring of various networks
• To work on remote and onsite technical trouble-shooting of wired and wireless setups
• To carry out basic project management for assigned projects
• After-hours Remote MONITORING AND Support FOR NETWORKS are expected of this Technical Support role
• Candidates will be exposed to new security and infrastructure solutions, as part of projects’ roll-out 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma/Certificates in IT Related field
• Candidates MUST have minimum 1 year working knowledge and hands-on with networking setup
• Candidates MUST have basic working knowledge of Internet Connectivity and networking solutions such as WiFi APs, switches, firewalls, routers
• Candidates MUST be HIGHLY RESPONSIBLE AND RELIABLE
• Candidates who are able to start work immediately are given priority.

About the Role
Join a dynamic MSP team managing real enterprise networks across Singapore and Malaysia. You will work directly with the Technical Director on complex infrastructure projects — from design to deployment to managed support. This is a hands-on senior role with direct client exposure and career growth into leadership.

What You Will Do

• Design, plan and deploy end-to-end network infrastructure — wired LAN, wireless, WAN, and security
• Configure and manage enterprise firewalls, routers, switches and wireless controllers
• Lead and manage network projects from kickoff to completion
• Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting for enterprise clients
• Support internal server infrastructure when required
• Provide after-hours remote support on rotation basis
• Mentor junior team members and lead by example on best practices

What You Must Have

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in network infrastructure — NOT just helpdesk
• Strong fundamentals in LAN/WAN topology, routing and switching, network security
• Hands-on experience with at least 3 of the following:Firewall/VPN: FortiGate, SonicWall, pfSense
• Wireless Controllers: Aruba, Ruckus, RuijieCloud , Huawei, Meraki
• Routing/Switching: Cisco, MikroTik, Huawei, Aruba
• Experience managing WAN links, gateway routers, core switching fabric
• Able to independently manage projects and client relationships
• Diploma or Degree in IT, Networking or related field
• Valid driving licence or motorbike licence preferred
