JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a responsible and proactive HR & AdminExecutive to support daily HR operations and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Work Pass (WP/SP) applications, renewals, issuance and cancellations via MOM systems
- Assist the manpower recruitment cycle, eg. onboarding, offboarding, payroll, leave
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Administer training-related matters including coordination or enrolment of the course, update & maintain training records, etc.
- Responsible for the licensing renewal such as BCA & slot
- Monitor company insurance, i.e. vehicle insurance, medical insurance, workmen compensation and etc.
- Provide general office administrative and office support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Prepare quotation and issue invoices, quotation and related documents accurately and timely
- Ad hoc duties assigned from time to time
Job requirements:
-Independent,self-driven and proactive attitude.
-At least 2 years relevant experience.
-Computer literate,required skill(s) : MS Excel, MS Word.
Language Requirement:
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English with workers, clients and subcontractors
