Responsibilities:  

• You will be working from home and need to visit client office 3 days in a week, the time you spend in client office is likely to be full day 8am to 5pm. Client location is on Kallang Way.

• Promptly address client queries especially outstanding Accounts-related matters not able to clear by our backend teams.

• Support and handle the accounts work for multiple clients (3-5).

• Handle and able to close full set of accounts with reasonable accounting principles independently.

• This role is performance-based and result-orientated. 

• You are not expected to perform overtime (OT) beyond 44 hours work week, and we will attempt to smooth out your workload. 

• With over 80 staff, there is room for career progression to other roles with us. 
  

Requirements: 

• Xero knowledge/ hands on experience are preferred. Alternatively, you need to take a 10 hours online training to be Xero Certified Advisor before hiring. 

• Must be able to interact and write reasonably in English  

• Must have reasonable accounting qualification and experiences  

• Corporate laptop can be provided for certain area's candidate, and applicants must have decent Internet speed (speed test of minimum 20mbps).

We welcome candidates with HR or Accounts experience to apply. This job posting is for candidates to visit client office on part time flexi working arrangement. There are opportunities to work remotely on Accounts or HR on other days of the week

Working Location

• There is no need to report to our own office.
• Client Office Location: Tuas South
• External: Industrial Building
• Internal: Office Environment (You will work in decent, clean, bright office environment)

Working Time

• Working hours: Part time. 1 day to maximum 3 days visiting client office. Minimum 4 hours per day. No overtime required.

Detailed Job Descriptions

• Experienced in Singapore HR regulation (on-boarding, off-boarding IR21, IR8A, experience in using WPOL and EPOL relating to Construction industry) and Payroll calculation
• To support other non-HR matters, such as stocktake or administrative, participate in discussion relating to production, and assist in preparing meeting minutes writing when required.
• We have a dedicated backend HR and Accounts teams to support our client.
• For Full Time: The time you spend in client office is likely to be full day 8am to 5pm, and your role is to visit the client office once to thrice a week to handle outstanding HR/ Accounts-related matters not able to clear by our backend teams.
• Promptly address client queries

Rates

$20 per hour

Please note that this is a part time flexi working arrangement. The monthly salary put in this posting is an estimate prorated based on 176 hours.
