Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Job Type: Full-time

Reports To: Head of HR

Location: Singapore

What you’ll be doing:

• Acts as a liaison between Singapore Business Unit and HR Team

• Working closely with HR Operations team to ensure smooth HR Processes

• Responsible for end-to-end HR Process for the Singapore Business Unit

• Responsible for managing stakeholder (Head of Departments) and assist them in regards to HR strategy and discussion

• Assist in implementing any local/regional HR Initiatives

What makes you a great fit:

• 1-3 years of experience in HR BP / generalist role

• Bachelor degree in Psychology and/or related field is preferred

• Understanding of MoM Regulations is highly preferred

• Experience in property management/hospitality industry is preferred

Title: Assistant Sales Manager
Role: Full Time
Reporting to: Assistant Sales Manager

What you’ll be doing:

Sales Team Management

• Lead and manage the remote inside sales team, ensuring they effectively engage and convert inbound leads as the first point of contact for Cove.

• Set and track monthly performance targets — including volume of enquiries handled, conversion rates from enquiry to viewing, and enquiry to booking — in alignment with overall business goals.

• Monitor and continuously improve the quality of conversations handled across both the inside sales and field sales teams through regular training, coaching, and development sessions.

• Equip the team with up-to-date knowledge of sales techniques and technology tools to maximise productivity and conversion.

• Proactively identify and address sales-related challenges, providing timely guidance and executing effective solutions.

Sales Process Optimisation & Cross-Functional Integration

• Develop deep expertise in the company's core technology stack — including Front, Twilio, THM, and Matterport — to drive team efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

• Identify gaps and inefficiencies across the sales funnel, and implement targeted initiatives to improve conversion rates and response quality.

• Design and refine sales–operations and sales–finance workflows to ensure seamless cross-functional alignment and improved end-to-end sales lifecycle efficiency.

• Gather and synthesise customer insights to provide actionable property feedback, including input on unit design, amenities, and features that enhance the tenant experience.

• Represent the Sales function during property takeovers, ensuring all units meet sales standards and are ready for tenant move-in, minimising complaints and onboarding friction.

• Serve as the central point for disseminating critical updates, exceptions, and policy changes to the sales team, ensuring consistent and accurate communication with all leads.

Customer Success & Retention

• Lead a team of Customer Success Associates, with a focus on upselling, tenant retention, and overall satisfaction.

• Analyse tenant data proactively to plan renewals, upsells, and recontracting strategies that maximise long-term retention.

• Develop and apply models to identify at-risk tenants and execute targeted retention interventions before move-out occurs.

• Analyse churn data, identify the root causes of tenant move-outs, and implement month-over-month (MoM) improvement measures to reduce churn.

• Generate and share detailed reports on churn trends, recontracting outcomes, and retention strategy performance to support continuous improvement.

• Oversee tenant compliance processes — including timely collection and verification of required documentation such as visas and identification — while continuously streamlining workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency.

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.

• 2–3 years of experience in a team leadership or management role within sales, customer success, or a related function.

• A background in the coliving, hospitality, or real estate industry is preferred, though candidates from adjacent industries are welcome to apply.

• Demonstrated experience in managing inside sales teams, setting KPIs, and driving performance in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively over the phone, email, and digital channels.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales technology platforms; prior experience with Front, Twilio, THM, or Matterport is an advantage.

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

• A collaborative team player who can work effectively across sales, operations, and finance functions.

Job Title: Community Intern

Job-Type: Internship (3-6 months internship)

Reports To: SG Marketing & Regional Creative Manager

What you’ll be doing:

• Process Optimisation: Codify and improve the community management processes to ensure scalability, consistency and high-quality member experience.

• Members Insights: Establish a continuous feedback loop through surveys to identify and act on key drivers of members satisfaction.

• Digital Engagement & Community Support: Actively managing WhatsApp channel to disseminate event updates, coordinate logistics and provide responses to community-related questions.

• Community Events: End-to-end planning and execution of social events.

• Brand Partnerships: Manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from prospecting, and negotiating to onboarding and ongoing relationship management. Negotiate mutually beneficial terms that align with business goals and strategies. Implement strategies to foster strong and enduring relationships with existing partners.

• Content Writing: Assist with writing blog recaps and event-related newsletters.

• Other Ad Hoc Tasks: Support the marketing team in staging properties and on-site marketing activations whenever needed.

Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

Job Type: Full time

Location: Singapore

Reports To: Head of Operations & Tenant Experience

Role Purpose: This role ensures a 5-star hotel-like housekeeping service for Cove properties by cleaning units, maintaining common areas, and preparing rooms for short-term stays. Responsibilities include regular property circulation, overseeing weekly housekeeping, facilitating room turnovers, and conducting seasonal deep cleanings. The aim is to enhance the tenant experience by ensuring all units are well-maintained and comfortable.

What you’ll be doing:

• Cleaning Guest Rooms: Making beds, changing linens, and replacing used towels. Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors. Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors. Replenishing toiletries and other amenities like soaps, shampoos, and tissues.
• Inspecting Rooms: Checking for any maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or malfunctioning equipment, and reporting them to the appropriate department. Ensuring that rooms meet the hotel's cleanliness standards.
• Restocking Supplies: Keeping carts stocked with cleaning supplies and amenities. Replenishing minibar items, if applicable. Ensuring enough towels, pillows, and other guest room items are available.
• Handling Laundry: Collecting dirty linens, towels, and uniforms for washing. Sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and folding linens. Delivering fresh linens to guest rooms and storage areas.
• Maintaining Public Areas: Cleaning lobbies, corridors, stairways, and elevators. Ensuring high-touch areas (e.g., door handles, switches) are sanitized frequently. Restocking public restroom supplies and ensuring cleanliness.
• Guest Interaction: Responding to guest requests, such as providing extra towels or pillows. Assisting guests with special requests, such as setting up cribs or rollaway beds. Being polite and attentive to guests' needs.
• Adhering to Safety and Security Standards: Following proper procedures for handling chemicals and cleaning products. Reporting any safety hazards or suspicious activity to management. Ensuring lost and found procedures are followed.
• Special Projects: Deep cleaning tasks, such as carpet cleaning or curtain washing. Assisting in room setup for special occasions or events. Participating in inventories and maintaining housekeeping supplies.
