Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure the plant maintenance is implemented according to best utility practices and staff undertake all activities in compliance with all regulatory, statutory and company standards and requirements i.e. HSSE, Process Safety, etc.
• Effect an efficient maintenance program comprising of condition based predictive maintenance, routine maintenance and the reduction of corrective maintenance. Develop techniques and systems to achieve high levels of plant reliability and availability to meet the identified and assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
• Responsible for the development and regular review of the annual maintenance plan.
• Ensure adequate quality spare parts and consumables are retained in the site stores and managed effectively through the work order process and in the CMMS. Effectively manage outage spare parts.
• Ensure all maintenance obligations are met and targets achieved to support contractual obligations.
• Prepare for the annual maintenance budget and effectively manage expenditure within the approved limits .
• Ensure timely submission of all reports for example: incident reports, shutdown reports, budget reports etc.
• Ensure all necessary plant maintenance documentation (including SOP’s) and reports are available and up to date. Ensure a comprehensive detailed maintenance historian is established and updated in the CMMS (SAP).
• Identifies engineering solutions to improve maintenance effectiveness and to improve reliability and maintainability of the plant. The areas include equipment and service specifications, selection of vendors, OEMs.
• Play an active role in the Root Cause Analysis of plant failures and incidents eg forced outages, HSE incidents.
• Be the subject matter expert for all plant and equipment. Lead the coordination for all contracts related to OEM’s, key equipment and manpower suppliers.
• Provides technical support to the other departments in the areas of plant maintenance and in the development of specifications for plant and equipment.
• Leads the assessment of new plants for maintainability and reliability. This includes participation in the development, engineering, construction and commissioning phases of new plants.
• Become a key member of the plant management team. Effective contribution and dialogue.
• Support the Dy/ Plant Manager to effect HSSE plant walkdowns, inspections, audits and safety programs, when required .
• Develop staff for succession planning purposes and towards technical excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Engineering degree (Mechanical) recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
• Possess at least 10 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in the petrochemical, refinery, power or utilities industry. Experience in the Energy-from-Waste industry is a major advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications

Purpose and Scope

You will provide mechanical maintenance works to support the operations of the Energy from Waste plant.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance works. Include liaising with operations, prioritize jobs, mobilize work force, spares and allocate resources
• Lead technicians in implementing in preventive and corrective maintenance
• Trouble shoot critical or major plant issues, participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) studies, plant improvement initiative, and drive cost management.
• Implement management initiatives to optimize the assets and seek to continuously improve on the methods, procedures and update with the latest developments in the market by adopting a suitable approach like proactive initiatives viz predictive and preventive maintenance activities and default actions like failure finding, redesign and run to failure
• Review budget, monitor spending against budget. control cost
• Upkeep risk registers, take part in safety walkdowns, implement safety initiatives, and ensure that good safety practices are practiced by all parties’ maintenance work
• Develop and establish maintenance procedures, risk assessment and method statements for all maintenance activities to ensure safe execution
• Ensure that maintenance works, and plant equipment comply with Statutory Requirements
• Successful candidate can be appointed as part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) (training will be provided)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the collection, cleansing, and validation of operational and strategic datasets. Extract actionable insights to inform business decisions and performance tracking.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations using tools such as PowerBI. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across departments including Operations, IT, and Fleet Maintenance.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of data collected.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand data needs, improve data collection and support business initiatives, and also with external teams on automation and data integration projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 3-4 years of experience in BI, data strategy or analytics.
• Proficiency in data visualisation and reporting tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.

• Experience in project coordination or project management is an advantage.

Purpose and Scope

Lead operations of an Energy from Waste (EfW) plant. Ensure safe, reliable incineration, optimize steam generation, and uphold regulatory, environmental, and security standards. Drive team performance, efficiency, and sustainability in a 24/7 operations environment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all daily EfW operational activities to ensure they are conducted efficiently and safely: Waste nomination planning, waste bunker management, incineration, steam generation, ash handling.
• Ensure safe and reliable steam export as per customer agreement.
• Oversee compliance with NEA, MOM, SCDF, and PUB regulations. Monitor and enforce adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards, as well as company policies.
• Environmental Compliance: Monitor stack emissions, CO₂e intensity, ash/residue handling, wastewater, noise, and dust. Ensure full compliance with all authority requirements.
• Security Management: Lead site security operations – access control, CCTV, contractor/visitor management, patrols, and security protocols.
• Continuously drive process optimization (FMEA, RCM, predictive maintenance, digital monitoring).
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams (boardmen, engineers, technicians, security).
• Foster a strong safety, environmental responsibility, and accountability culture.
• Engage with stakeholders: steam customers, utilities providers, regulators, and internal teams.

• Familiarity with NEA licensing, carbon tax, emissions monitoring.
