Responsibilities:

• Manage overall client relationship providing strategic input while guiding internal teams towards the achievement of client objectives, making sure day-to-day projects are delivered on time, budget, and quality.

We are looking for a Strategic CRM Analyst to join our Regional CRM team. This is not a "back-office" reporting role. You will be the bridge between complex data sets and actionable business growth. While you will be responsible for the technical rigor of data extraction and dashboarding, your primary value lies in your ability to translate numbers into a "Consultancy-grade" narrative for regional and local stakeholders.
