Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate Game Programmer (Casual Mobile Games, Unity engine) to join the team in creating prototypes for new hypercasual / hybridcasual game ideas.

The ideal candidate will be responsible in developing scalable and high performance games and features, fine-tuning gameplay based on real-time advertising and user engagement metrics.

This challenging role requires a mix of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement rapid prototypes of mobile games to validate new concepts and gameplay mechanics.
• Collaborate with your teams of developers, designers and artists to iterate quickly on game prototypes.
• Make timely adjustments to game prototypes based on data insights to optimize user acquisition, retention and monetization.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to mobile game development and advertising.

Job Requirements:

• A recognised Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 1 year or more of a programmer experience in game industry, preferably doing casual games, OR, a personal portfolio showcasing some games/mini games which you have personally created.
• Strong passion to work in mobile game development company.
• Strong programming skills in Unity/C# development.
• Knowledge of source control tools such as Git etc.
• Familiarity with OOP, Design Patterns.
• Ability to write clean and readable code that can support rapid iteration.

Junior / Game Artist - 2D & 3D (Casual Mobile Games)

Our casual/hypercasual game development studio is Singapore is seeking a talented and versatile 2D & 3D Game Artist generalist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in 2D and 3D art, animation, and generalist skills to set the visual direction of our game projects.

You will work closely with Producer, Game designers, and Game developers to bring ideas to life and ensure our art assets meet the creative vision.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the art direction for multiple casual game projects
• Create and develop 2D and 3D art assets, illustrations, and animations
• Act as a generalist, contributing across art disciplines as needed
• Communicate effectively with producers and team members to align on project goals and milestones
• Set visual standards and ensure consistency across all art assets
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement creative ideas
• Manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs within deadlines

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Game Art, UI/UX, UXGD design or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as an artist, animator, or art lead in game development, preferably in casual games
• Strong portfolio showcasing 2D and 3D art, animations, and design skills
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Unity, Blender etc.)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of creative direction
• A passion for casual gaming and a keen eye for detail
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Office Admin (Office Support)

Job Responsibilities:

• Check and submit monthly invoices (low volume) to Finance and ensure they pay the invoicely timely.
• Handle and run external errands, including procurement and other logistical tasks, on an as-needed basis (approximately 1-2 times per month).
• Plan and coordinate team-building activities for 30 team members oncce every 2 or 3 months.
• Monitor office supplies inventory, including purchasing and replenishing essential items such as office equipment, stationery, and pantry supplies when they are low.
• Liaise with external vendors for service deliveries, including aircon, courier (low volume), monthly office's water supply.
• Maintain and update petty cash records using Excel, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Arrange courier and postage services (e.g., FedEx, SF Express) as required, typically 1-2 times every few months (low transaction).
• Update and manage the company assets(laptops etc), including allocations to new employees and retrieval of assets from resignees.
• Reformat and prepare laptops and computers for new or departing employees to ensure security and proper functioning.
• Purchase & distribute employee birthday vouchers during employees’ birth month (low transaction)
• Opening mailboxes, scanning of mails
  

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma qualification
• Able to speak AND write Chinese (hanyu pinyin) so as to liaise with Finance colleagues in China;
• Patient, meticulous, possess great attitude, willing to learn and have a keen eye for details and initiative to check and prepare documents/paperwork using Excel (must have basic Excel knowledge such as vlookup, sumif functions);
• Work Location: near Labrador Park MRT (mTower);
• Mon to Fri, 930am to 630pm
