Job Summary
Perform broad variety of local IT services incl. maintenance of IT hardware and network components, 2nd level user support, and local area network/infrastructure applications support.
Job Responsibilites
Install, maintain, configure, support, and protect the local computer network, including hardware (e.g. clients, printers) and standard software resources
Control network reliability and effective use of IT equipment.
Implement and install defined infrastructure and software standards locally.
Provide local 2nd level user support.
Coordinate local 3rd party IT infrastructure and IT support suppliers.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
Min. Diploma in IT related fields with at least 1 year related experience
Good Problem Solving Skills / Project and Data Management
