About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive / Senior Executive to drive brand awareness and customer engagement through events, campaigns, and partnerships within the F&B industry. You will play a key role in planning and executing on-ground activations, managing digital marketing efforts, and building strategic collaborations to grow the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Events & Activations
• Plan, coordinate, and execute F&B events including pop-ups, tastings, launch parties, festivals, and brand collaborations
• Manage end-to-end event logistics — venue sourcing, vendor coordination, permits, budgeting, and on-site execution
• Develop post-event reports with ROI analysis and actionable insights
Marketing & Campaigns
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online + offline) aligned with brand objectives
• Manage social media channels — content planning, copywriting, scheduling, community engagement
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers for marketing collaterals
• Support PR efforts including media outreach, influencer/KOL partnerships, and press materials
Partnerships & Business Development
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with corporates, lifestyle brands, media outlets, and event organisers
• Negotiate sponsorship deals and co-branding opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and industry partners
Analytics & Reporting
• Track and analyse campaign performance across channels (social, EDM, paid ads, events)
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and campaign post-mortems
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights
Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, Hospitality, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (Executive) / 3–5 years (Senior Executive) in marketing, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors
• Proven track record of planning and executing events or activations
• Strong copywriting skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus
• Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Xiaohongshu)
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Self-starter with a creative mindset and strong attention to detail
