Job Requirements

• Familiarity with Autocount accounting software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles

Qualifications:

• Diploma, Accounting/Finance student, or relevant accounting experience
• Prior AP/AR experience preferred

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day
(9am - 1pm OR 1:30pm - 5:30pm)

Job Description

1. Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new customers, including retailers, distributors, farms, and online channels
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
• Work with influencers, live sellers, and digital platforms where required
• Gather and report market feedback and competitor insights

5. Sales Operations

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
• Coordinate with logistics/warehouse for order fulfilment
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery

6. Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends
• Identify new opportunities and recommend product improvement

7. Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Job requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven B2B or channel sales experience. Experience in horticulture, landscaping.
• A fast learner who can stay updated on a growing list of diverse products and technical specifications.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin; ability to speak additional languages/dialects is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel for field visits and client meetings.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to assist in executing marketing and communication initiatives across the Malaysia and Singapore markets. This role will support marketing campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and coordinate eCommerce activities to enhance the Company’s visibility and engagement with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

1. Support the creation of marketing materials and digital content, and coordinate the Company’s online presence, including website updates, social media, email communications, and eCommerce platforms.
2. Provide logistical and administrative support for conferences, seminars, and corporate events.
3. Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and manage related budgets, invoices, and documentation.
4. In charge of eCommerce operations, including product listings, online promotions, and performance tracking.
5. Perform other ad hoc tasks and administrative support as assigned by management.

Job requirements

• Diploma in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in marketing or similar roles.
• Experience in eCommerce marketing
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and a strong team player.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Canva/Adobe Suite and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads) is a plus.
