Role Overview

We are seeking an Investment Professional to support active investment management and ensure substantive activities are conducted in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct investment research, analysis, and due diligence
• Support portfolio management and execution of investment strategies
• Prepare investment reports and monitor portfolio performance
• Participate in deal evaluation (e.g. private equity / venture capital, if applicable)
• Maintain documentation to support MAS compliance requirements

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Business or related fields; or relevant certifications (e.g. CMFAS, CFA)
• Relevant experience in: Investment management; or M&A, private equity, venture capital, or direct investments

Job Summary:

The Personal Assistant (PA) provides high-level administrative support to Director, ensuring efficient operation of daily schedules, correspondence, and office tasks. The PA acts as a key point of contact and helps manage priorities, deadlines, and confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally.

• Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Support personal errands or tasks as required to optimize the executive’s productivity.

Job Summary

Responsible forproviding safe, punctual and discreet transportation services for the employer and their family or guests. Manages the maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle and may assist with errands and other tasks as required.

KeyResponsibilities

Safely transport the employer and guests to appointments, events, airports, etc.

Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety standards.

Coordinate with household staff or office team when required.

Qualifications & Skills

Valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving license with a clean driving record.

Minimum 2 years of similar personal/chauffeur driving experience.
Excellent time management and punctuality.

Ability to converse in English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking Director.
