Technical Manager – Renovation & Interior Fit-Out

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Technical Manager to lead and oversee all technical aspects of our renovation and interior fit-out projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, on time, and within budget — while managing site teams, subcontractors, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical execution of residential and/or commercial renovation projects from pre-construction to handover
- Review and interpret architectural drawings, M&E drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure technical accuracy
- Coordinate with designers, architects, quantity surveyors, subcontractors, and suppliers to align on project scope and timelines
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship quality, safety compliance, and progress
- Identify technical risks and resolve construction-related issues proactively
- Manage and mentor site supervisors and foremen
- Ensure compliance with BCA regulations, HDB/URA guidelines, and Singapore building codes
- Liaise with building management, MCSTs, and regulatory bodies for permits and approvals
- Oversee material procurement and ensure specifications are met
- Prepare and review technical reports, progress reports, and project documentation
- Drive continuous improvement in construction methods, cost efficiency, and quality standards
