- Enter data accurately to maintain up-to-date and reliable records for operational use
- Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely ordering and delivery of supplies
- Organize and maintain records to support efficient retrieval and compliance
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth operations
- Manage general administrative duties to support daily business functions effectively
- Work independently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in administrative or procurement roles to enhance operational support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) to complete documentation and reporting tasks
- Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate activities and maintain order
