Job Description:

• Advise and represent clients in a wide range of litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research, analyse case law, and prepare comprehensive legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Appear in court and represent clients during legal proceedings.

Requirements:

• Candidates with 1 to 3 years of PQE are preferred.
• Qualified solicitors with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in e-litigation and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Details:

• Preparation of court documents and other general legal administrative duties (litigation department).
• Manage client appointments and monitor deadlines.
• Maintenance of files and records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience handling Motor Accident Claims.
• Familiarity with e-Litigation and court procedures.
• Able to manage and maintain case files and documentation.
• Independent, responsible, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, and serving as the primary point of contact for candidates.
• Oversee employment and work pass matters, including applications, cancellations, renewals, and updates.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records; draft, update, and enhance the company handbook, HR policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and implement best practices.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts, confirmation letters, disciplinary notices, and termination letters.
• Administer employee benefits, leave, and medical claims in accordance with HR policies.
• Monitor and update employees’ leave records regularly.
• Plan and organize company events and activities.
• Oversee office renewals (e.g., mobile plans, printers), coordinate maintenance, manage staff insurance, and handle vendor relationships.  
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
