We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Printing Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maintaining commercial printing machines to ensure high-quality output and smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Operate, adjust, and maintain printing machines (paper bag machine/flexo—specify as needed).
Set up machines for each print job, including ink, plates, and paper adjustments.
Monitor production for quality and accuracy, making adjustments when necessary.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
Ensure all prints meet required specifications and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the press area.
Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or equipment issues.
Complete production logs and documentation.
