RESPONSIBILITIES

The Technology Operations Support Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the AGS Technology Analysts and the AGS Program Management Offices (PMO) teams to successfully support various activities critical to our AGS program’s day-to-day success. We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Site Reliability Engineer to join our world-class product engineering SRE team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing highly available infrastructure using SaaS application development and operations, skilled with AWS cloud architecture, and experienced in embedding security into DevOps automation tools (Shift-Left). You will drive the convergence of reliability and security by delivering high availability, secure configuration management, and robust infrastructure as code.

The Program Coordinator will join a team of professionals working in a fast-paced, team environment. The Program Coordinator facilitates and manages various processes (client-specific) within the contingent worker lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. The Program Coordinator also provides first-level customer support to Hiring Managers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Assist Hiring managers, Staffing Specialists, and suppliers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including but not limited to interview scheduling, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management, and offboarding.
• Document all client-reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update worker assignments to reflect appropriate changes.
• Provide constant communication to clients, suppliers, contingent workers, and other partners via face-to-face meetings, email, and phone.
• Conduct research and analysis to resolve client or supplier inquiries as needed.
• Provide program status reports to leadership as required.
• Monitor performance against contract SLAs (i.e. pending end of assignments, invoicing, time and expense management, and vendor compliance tracking)
• Constant interaction with vendors to ensure new hire paperwork is completed promptly so the contractor can start assignments on time.

The Program Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers and managing the full lifecycle of the requisition process including requisition intake, shortlisting, sourcing management, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management, offboarding, and reporting. The Program Specialist acts as a talent advisor to support our clients through the requisition fulfillment process to ensure quality talent is acquired promptly.

Responsibilities:

• Assist hiring managers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including requisition intake, sourcing, candidate shortlisting and interview scheduling, offer to onboarding, and contractor management.
• Demonstrate recruitment expertise by preparing insightful questions appropriate for the position before conducting req intake sessions with hiring managers to gather detailed job descriptions to distribute to the supply base. Document req intake conversations in the appropriate database (VMS: Fieldglass, Beeline)
• Utilize reports to manage open requirements to advise managers on the status of requirements and monitor supplier sourcing strategies to ensure timely response.
• Discuss with the Hiring Manager to set/manage expectations, timeframes, feedback, roles, and responsibilities of everyone involved in the requisition fulfillment process.
• Coach, manage, and oversee the performance of participating staffing suppliers.
• Document all client/supplier reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in the appropriate system/tool.
• Monitor performance against contract SLAs, requisition aging, invoicing, time and expense entry, and vendor compliance tracking.
• Maintain and update monthly activity and performance reports.
• Provide constant interaction via face-to-face, VC, email, and phone with clients, staffing vendors, and other partners.
