Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle hiring of local and foreign personnel job and integrating new hires.
Experienced but not limited to JobsBank & able to access to different channels of recruitment both local and overseas, familiar in job fairs and their processes
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution and promote employee engagement.
Ensure company’s adherence to local labour / employment laws
Manage company's diverse mix of nationalities to be compliant under MOM Compass Point System.
MOM Compass System not only have good knowledge of compass system but have practical experienced and able to keep the balance of local/foreigners.
Experience in the manufacturing & construction industry consider an asset
Qualifications and Skills:
A degree/diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive local HR experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
