Responsibilities
Schedule pickups and coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of national and international orders
Complete shipping documentation, including bills of lading and shipping manifests, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations
Provide assistance to customers by responding to shipping inquiries, tracking shipments, and resolving shipping-related issues
Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, suppliers, and customers to support smooth shipping operations
Perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency to ensure all shipments are correct and properly documented
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics
Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software
