— Mentor 2 Program Executives; build their capability in stakeholder management, reporting, and issue resolution

— At engagement conclusion, produce a comprehensive handover pack covering active programmes, open issues, and process documentation

Required Competencies and Certifications

— Proven track record leading complex, high-mix manufacturing programmes with cross-functional execution ownership

— Deep knowledge of manufacturing workflow, production planning, supply chain logistics, and delivery control

— Strong knowledge of FA, PPAP, RMA, and ECN processes

— Root cause analysis methodology (5-Why, fishbone, 8D, or equivalent)

— Ability to assess whether a build is truly ready to proceed — not just read a status report

— Able to structure issues into facts, risks, actions, owners, and deadlines

— Strong reporting discipline with confidence in Excel, ERP/MRP systems, and dashboards

— Fluent English (written and verbal) — required for customer communications and executive reporting

— Fluent Mandarin (written and verbal) — required; this role bridges a Western OEM customer and an Asian supply base, Mandarin is used daily

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

— 6–10 years in EMS, contract manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, or precision engineering

— Minimum 3 years in a programme management or execution leadership role

— Experience mentoring or leading a small team (2–5 people)

— Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field

— ERP/MRP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar)

— Candidates from box-build, cable harness, system integration, industrial electronics, or regulated high-mix environments are strongly preferred

Job Summary

Join ACN International as a Program Executive embedded at a precision manufacturing site. Lead end-to-end program delivery by coordinating production, supply chain, engineering, quality, and customer teams to ensure on-time shipments and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery from production planning through customer shipment to meet schedule and quality targets
• Translate customer demand into executable build plans aligned with site capacity and material availability
• Monitor Clear-to-Build (CTB) status and material readiness daily; proactively identify and flag gaps before impacting build schedules
• Track production output against plan, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions
• Coordinate cross-functionally across Production, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics to align priorities and resolve conflicts
• Chair daily stand-ups, weekly build reviews, and escalation meetings to maintain program momentum and stakeholder alignment
• Serve as primary customer contact for program status, shipment readiness, and milestone updates
• Build and maintain consolidated program dashboards and customer-ready status reports to provide clear operational visibility
• Identify and quantify shortages, constraints, and risks early to enable proactive mitigation
• Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports for management review to support data-driven decisions
• Input structured data into operational visibility platforms to enhance proactive decision-making
• Identify production and material bottlenecks and lead mitigation plans with assigned owners and timelines
• Escalate critical issues with structured impact analysis and recommended actions for timely resolution
• Apply root cause analysis (5-Why) to recurring issues to prevent repeat problems and track corrective actions to closure
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Contribute to development and documentation of SOPs and standard work for program management to ensure knowledge transfer

Required competencies and certifications

• Experience managing high-mix manufacturing programs with multiple concurrent builds
• Proficiency in manufacturing processes, production planning, and supply chain logistics
• Knowledge of quality systems including First Article (FA), PPAP, RMA, and Engineering Change Notice (ECN) processes
• Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets for building dashboards and trackers
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) for customer communications and reporting
• Fluent Mandarin communication skills (written and verbal) for supplier and internal stakeholder coordination

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 4–7 years in manufacturing operations, program management, or production planning
• At least 3 years in program coordination or project management roles, ideally in EMS, contract manufacturing, or precision assembly
• Experience in semiconductor equipment, aerospace, or similar high-reliability industries
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
• ERP/MRP system experience

Other Information

• Salary range SGD 4,000 – 5,500 per month depending on experience and qualifications
• 6-month contract with clear path to permanent conversion based on performance and business needs
